Blues Basslines

This assortment of major and minor binary and above all ternary blues basslines covers the whole spectrum of blues guitar styles – from shuffle, slow and rock blues, to rhythm ’n’ blues. In the ternary basslines the bass essentially plays quarter notes in a walking bass style and ternary eighth notes; in binary basslines, the rhythm being less fettered, the groove is more prominent. This course provides ten complete blues basslines with their corresponding recordings and just as many “made-to-measure” backing tracks which you can use to play along to – as though you actually were in a band!
