Floating Thumb Technique

Contrary to the traditional technique, in which the thumb is anchored, this technique allows the thumb to follow the movement of the right hand. It rests against the strings, lying flat over them. Thus you will obtain a clean, unpolluted sound – whatever the circumstances. This course provides a video demonstration example and two technical exercises with their corresponding recordings, as well as eight grooves and basslines you can play along to backing tracks.
