Hard Rock Grooves

This assortment of hard rock drum grooves is performed in the style of the legendary AC/DC, Guns ’n’ Roses, Van Halen, Aerosmith, Scorpions, and many more. The drumming – straight, sober and unembellished – focuses on simple but effective grooves: whereas the hi-hat and ride cymbal are playing eighth and quarter notes, the bass drum marks the on-beats and the snare drum the afterbeat. The sole function of the drumming is to bring to bear the guitar riffs. This course places ten hard rock drum grooves and the appropriate breaks with their corresponding recordings at your disposal along with just as many “made-to-measure” backing tracks that you can use to play along to – as though you were in a band!
