Jazz Standard Rhythms

This assortment of accompaniments includes techniques and harmonies which are characteristic of jazz standards. You will be offered the opportunity to practice playing chords on every on-beat, alternating between bass notes and chords, reharmonization and chord melody playing by utilizing blues/jazz or jazz/bossa nova progressions or even rhythm changes. With the additional customized backing tracks you will be able to perform them contextually appropriately and subsequently personalize them. This course provides ten complete rhythms, patterned on the best jazz standards, with their corresponding recordings and just as many “made-to-measure” backing tracks that you can use to play along with – as though you actually were in a band!
