My First Chord Accompaniments

These first accompaniments, consisting of struck chords, are designed primarily (but not exclusively) for beginners. You will execute basic chords and common rhythms with your right hand accompanied by the left hand with simple bass tones. The harmonic chord progressions you will be using are taken from light and pop music. Try it! Playing chords isn’t hard at all! This course provides a video presentation of the chords, ten accompaniments with their corresponding recordings, and just as many different backing tracks which you can use to play along to – as though you were actually in a band!
