Playing Ternary Sixteenth-Note Grooves

Ternary grooves based on sixteenth notes result from combining eighth note triplets and sixteenth note triplets, also called sexuplets. You will encounter applications of these rhythmic figures in very different musical styles such as blues, electronic music, or even in rap. This course provides a video demonstration example, four technical exercises with their corresponding recordings, as well as six drum grooves you can play along to backing tracks.
