Pop Rock Basslines

This assortment of pop rock basslines covers the entire pop rock spectrum – from the acoustic pop ballads to the most energetic electric rock. In slow tempi the bass plays simple rhythmic figures, based on whole, half and quarter notes, so as to effectively support the harmony. In the up-tempo musical pieces, the bass creates the groove despite the simple choice of notes (limited to chord notes and passing notes). This course provides ten complete pop rock basslines with their corresponding recordings and just as many “made-to-measure” backing tracks which you can use to play along to – as though you actually were in a band!
