Rock ’n’ Roll & Rockabilly Grooves

In this colorful assortment of rock ’n‘ roll and rockabilly drum grooves, famous pieces of many well-known artists, such as Chuck Berry, Elvis Presley, Bill Haley, Gene Vincent, and The Stray Cats are assembled. It includes binary pieces with multiple breaks, boogie-woogie-pieces in frenzied tempos and, of course, rockabilly pieces whose drumming has been reduced to the bare essentials: snare drum (strokes simultaneously hitting the head and rim of the drum), cymbal and possibly bass drum. This course places ten rock ’n‘ roll and rockabilly drum grooves and the appropriate breaks with their corresponding recordings at your disposal along with just as many “made-to-measure” backing tracks that you can use to play along to – as though you were in a band!
