Slap Grooves: First Steps

These first slap basslines are aimed primarily at bassists who have just discovered this specific technique. They are particularly accessible because they concentrate only on the two principal slapping techniques, i.e. thumb slapping and popping, and employ tempi and rhythmic values that are perfectly adapted for beginners. This course provides ten slap grooves with their corresponding recordings, as well as various backing tracks that you can use to play along with – as though you were already in a band!
