Slapping & Legato Techniques (Hammer-on & Pull-off)

Legato Techniques can be combined remarkably well with slapping: they allow you to play several notes with only one right hand stroke (thumb slapping or popping), smoothing the connection between notes. A hammer-on enables you to play two consecutive ascending (low to high) notes, whereas a pull-off enables you to play two consecutive descending (high to low) notes. This course provides a video demonstration example and two technical exercises with their corresponding recordings, as well as eight grooves and basslines you can play along to backing tracks.
